Shipping Rates: We offer free shipping for all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat shipping rate of $7.99 will apply. We currently offer international shipping.

Delivery Time: We understand that you are eager to receive your order, which is why we process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier, but generally, orders will arrive in 9-15 business days. We appreciate your patience when waiting for your delivery to arrive, as we well know postal services can be a right pain in the a$$ :)

Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds: We understand that occasionally, things don't go as planned, resulting in the need for a refund. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer refunds for defective products or incorrect items sent. However, please note that refunds for change of mind are not provided. In order to initiate the refund process for a defective or incorrect product, we kindly request that you provide us with appropriate proof, such as a video or photograph for verification purposes. Once verified, a full refund will be promptly issued.

Damaged during Delivery: Here at ShroomnBloom, the utmost care is taken to securely package your order for delivery. Because of this, if despite our diligent efforts, your product arrives damaged, we regret to inform you that refunds are not available. Nevertheless, we believe in our commitment to customer satisfaction and will gladly send you a replacement product at no additional cost. To proceed with a replacement, we kindly ask that you provide us with evidence of the damage. Once the damage is verified, a new product will be promptly dispatched to you.

Return Process: Regrettably, due to our multiple warehouse locations, we are unable to accommodate return shipments. As a result, we kindly ask that you responsibly dispose of any damaged or defective products in an environmentally conscious manner, considering recycling options where applicable. Our dedication to sustainability is reflected in the recyclability of most of our products, and we encourage customers to prioritize eco-friendly practices.
